By connecting an Instagram account to Tawlki and using this service, you agree to the following terms.
The service
Tawlki connects to your Instagram Business Account via Meta's official Instagram Messaging API and uses an AI model to generate and send replies to Direct Messages on your behalf, based on information and rules you provide.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have authorization to connect the Instagram account you link.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information (pricing, policies, etc.) you supply for the AI to use in replies.
- You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines when using this service.
No guarantee of outcomes
Replies are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Tawlki is a communication assistant, not a substitute for your own judgment on business-critical matters (pricing, contracts, legal commitments).
Disconnecting
You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the dashboard, which immediately stops the service from sending messages on your behalf.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
